Not Sure If Yoga Is for You? You’re Not Alone — And You’re in the Right Place.

We frequently hear people wondering if Yoga is Something they can do with limited mobility and/or balance.: The truth is — that’s exactly why we created this program.   We specifically designed this for the neuromuscular community, with every pose, breath, and movement thoughtfully adapted to your needs. Whether you’re: • Seated in a chair • Standing using a chair for support • Lying in bed • Using mobility aids or facing fatigue You belong here.   Our instructors demonstrate every pose in multiple ways — seated, supported, or standing — to meet you where you are, not where the world expects you to be.   This isn’t about touching your toes — it’s about touching your strength.   Let us guide you through gentle, adaptive yoga and mindfulness practices that support your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.   💚 Breathe. Move. Thrive — just as you are.

Our Vision

Breathe. Move. Thrive. Yoga for Everbody is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where people living with neuromuscular conditions can explore mindful movement, restore balance, and feel supported through every stage of their journey. Developed through a unique collaboration between patients, clinical experts, and certified yoga and mindfulness instructors, this program bridges movement and medicine — offering accessible practices that honor each person’s lived experience.

This program has been brought to the neuromuscular disease community in partnership with NMD Pharma, a start-up biopharmaceutical company founded in Aarhus, Denmark, and also located in Boston, MA, USA, with the purpose to enable better lives through developing novel therapies that restore skeletal muscle health.
